Phlegyas is the beast of the Underworld — a specter whose Cosmos bears the burning imprint of the Lycaon, the Greek mythological creature transformed into a wolf as divine punishment. His star of punishment and his surplice do not merely form an aesthetic combination: they define a warrior who instinctively understands what it means to punish, and who does so with the ferocity of an animal from the depths.

His technique Howling Inferno condenses everything Phlegyas is into a single act: the howl that precedes the attack, the infernal heat that follows, the total destruction in its wake. Against him, opponents who seek to analyze and counter methodically find themselves destabilized by a purely instinctive approach. Phlegyas does not think in combat — he roars, and the fire does the rest.
