Hades' SpectersPharaon

Pharaoh of the Sphinx

☠️ Specter of Hades — Sphinx Surplice

Pharaoh is one of the youngest of Hades's specters, but his youth contrasts with the gravity of his surplice and techniques. Originally from Egypt, he bears the Sphinx Surplice — the enigmatic creature that guarded the mysteries of the pharaohs and judged souls with absolute indifference. This is exactly Pharaoh's combat philosophy: he does not get angry, he judges.

His technique Balance of Curse is particularly formidable against morally complex opponents. By weighing the enemy's Cosmos like a scale weighs a soul, Pharaoh amplifies the damage according to the inner darkness of the target. Against a pure Knight whose Cosmos bears no darkness, the technique loses effectiveness — but against someone carrying the weight of their own faults, it can be lethal on first contact.

Abilities & Techniques

Balance of Curse
Pharaoh invokes the cosmic balance of the Sphinx to weigh the opponent's soul. The technique inflicts damage proportional to the sins and inner darkness of the target — the more corrupt the opponent, the more devastating the damage.
A Kiss in the Darkness
A black cosmos attack projected at close range, which penetrates directly into the opponent's nervous system and triggers paralyzing pain. The technique takes its name from its deceptive nature — gentle in appearance, devastating in effect.
Sphinx Surplice
The Sphinx, guardian of Egyptian mysteries, confers upon Pharaoh an aura of enigma and authority. His surplice amplifies the powers related to judgment and cosmic cursing.

Evolution

01 —Child of the Nile — Pharaoh is one of the youngest specters, originally from Egypt. His Sphinx Surplice — an emblematic creature of his native land — is no coincidence: it is a cosmic connection between the warrior's soul and the mythological creature destined for him.
02 —Guardian of Mysteries — Within the ranks of Hades, Pharaoh is deployed in areas requiring subtlety and manipulation rather than brute force. His cursing and cosmic judgment techniques make him a particularly difficult attacker to counter directly.
03 —The Balance of the Cosmos — Balance of Curse is his most formidable technique because it turns the opponent against themselves. Against a pure Knight whose Cosmos bears no darkness, it is less effective — but against a tormented opponent, it can be lethal on first strike.

Characteristics
Pharaoh carries ancient Egypt within him — the gravity of the pyramids, the enigma of the desert, the permanence of sand that absorbs everything. His Cosmos has that strange quality of seeming as old as the world.
Despite his youth, Pharaoh exudes calculated coldness. He does not fight with anger — he judges, and in that judgment, he is implacable.
