The Lost Canvas Ep.7 — The Fruits of the Mokurenji

The Mokurenji — that red-berried tree growing near the Sanctuary — is the symbol of the oath binding Libra Dohko and Aries Shion. These two Gold Saints, who have fought together since their youth, swore beneath this tree to protect Athena until their last breath.

Radamanthys, one of Hades' Three Judges and among the most powerful Specters, rises against them. The confrontation is extraordinarily violent — but this episode is more than action. It is above all a tribute to friendship forged over time, the kind that survives wars and centuries.
