Hades Sanctuary Ep.1 — New War

It all begins with the old master's dream about the murder of Athena by Hades. This signifies the end of Athena's seal imprisoning the 108 evil stars of Hades, and the beginning of a new Holy War.

The story then moves to the Sanctuary where Aries Gold Knight Mu is found kneeling before an unknown figure whose identity is hidden from us. Why would a knight like Mu bow before the first enemy to come along? Moreover, he is asked to bring back the goddess's head. This announcement is followed by the arrival of Aphrodite and DeathMask (returned as Hades' minions in their surplices) whom Mu stops with his Crystal Wall. Then Seiya makes his entrance with a legendary attack against DeathMask, accompanied by a remastered version of the classic music. Unfortunately, his appearance is short-lived as Mu sends him directly to the realm of the dead under the pretext of an order from Athena. But what is happening at the Sanctuary? Why so many strange events?

They really pulled out all the stops — it starts strong with plenty of questions already being raised.
