Hades — Meikai Kosho

The Meikai Kosho — literally "Battle of the Realm of the Dead" — is the transition chapter between the battles in the depths of Inferno and the final assault on the Elysian Fields.

The Bronze Saints, exhausted but driven by their still-burning cosmos, press forward toward the last defenses of Hades' kingdom. The divine guardians — Thanatos and Hypnos, brothers of Hades himself — begin to intervene directly.

It is in this chapter that the Saints' cosmos reaches a level that defies the gods themselves. The Alaya-vijnana — the 8th Sense that allows survival in the realm of the dead — becomes indispensable to hope to advance toward Elysion.
