His constellation, the Arrow, is one of the smallest in the starry sky — but like him, it is of flawless precision, invariably pointing toward its target.
His Phantom Arrows are the supreme expression of this philosophy: completely invisible, silent cosmic projectiles that cross space without leaving a trace until impact. Ptolemy's adversaries often do not understand what happened. They feel the pain, see the damage on their armor, but saw and heard nothing. This is the most destabilizing combat there is — how does one defend against something one can neither see nor anticipate? Ptolemy knows the answer: one cannot.
