Daidalos of Cepheus is a figure apart in the world of the Silver Knights. Where most serve the Sanctuary from its marble walls, he chose voluntary exile, settling on Andromeda Island off the Ethiopian coast to train the next generation of Athena's warriors. From Argentina, he bears the name of the great craftsman of Greek mythology — the one who forged wings for his son Icarus — and like him, he believes deeply in the power of transmitting and giving form to raw talent.
His encounter with the young Shun was the summit and final point of his vocation. Recognizing in this delicate child a cosmic sensitivity of rare depth, Daidalos devoted all his knowledge, all his energy, all his soul to making him the Andromeda Knight he was destined to become.
