Eris's threat grows. The Saintia already serving in the Sanctuary — Katya, Daichi and their companions — realize that the goddess of discord is only getting started. Intelligence gathered by Kyoko before her capture confirms that a serious offensive is imminent.

Athena herself, in the guise of Saori Kido, summons the Saintia. She imposes nothing: each is free to continue fighting by her side, or to withdraw. This is the goddess's paradox — she hates forcing those she loves to risk their lives for her. This moment reveals each Saintia's personality: some reaffirm their oath with absolute conviction, others hesitate before bowing.
