Shoko versus Eris

The direct confrontation between Shoko and Eris. The Eagle Saintia — who began the series as an ordinary high school girl thrust into a world of divine warriors — faces a goddess. This battle is the synthesis of her entire journey: every doubt overcome, every companion lost, every moment she chose to continue despite fear.

Athena/Saori is present in this confrontation, but not as the one who resolves everything: her role is to bear witness, to give meaning. The outcome of this battle depends on Shoko, not the goddess. This is one of Saintia Shō's constant messages — the Saintia do not fight in Athena's place, they fight for her, while being wholly and freely themselves.
