The Struggle for Alone's Soul

Tenma enters the Lost Canvas itself — into the canvas — to find Alone's imprisoned soul within. This inner journey is a narrative and visual achievement by Teshirogi: the worlds Alone painted become inner labyrinths, and each color a crystallized emotion.

Pandora enters the canvas in turn to find her brother. Inside, Alone still exists — isolated, exhausted, but present. The confrontation between Hades' will to destroy him completely and Tenma's friendship that refuses to abandon him is at the heart of this volume. The question is no longer whether humanity will survive, but whether Alone can still be saved.
