The resolution of this battle introduces a pivotal development for Aiolia: his mastery of the Lightning Bolt evolves into something deeper. He begins to understand that defeating beings of a Titan's magnitude requires not only more power, but a different conception of Cosmos — an opening toward the Seventh Sense that he does not yet fully command.
